In accordance with the decision of the shareholder — Euroins Insurance Group AD — PJSC ‘ETI’ has successfully completed the procedure of increasing its authorised capital to UAH 50,206,900.
This step is strategically important for the company, as it allows it to:
- Expand licences to new insurance classes
- Launch an updated product line, including coverage for military risks.
