Notification of violations of the Code of Ethics by employees and identification of conflicts of interest

In order to ensure compliance with high ethical standards and requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, to identify, prevent and manage conflicts of interest, Private Joint Stock Company ‘European Travel Insurance’ (hereinafter - the Company) has introduced a system of informing the Company, without attribution (anonymously), the Compliance Officer (hereinafter - the Compliance Officer) about the existence of a real conflict of interest, possible violations of the Code of Ethics, anti-corruption legislation, internal procedures and procedures for the management of conflicts of interest. We ask you to report any violations you are aware of using the ‘Reporting a Violation’ form.

The recipient of your report will be the Company's Chief Compliance Officer.
