Cancellation of policies

Cancellation of policies, renewal of policies and refund of premiums.


1. If the Policy has been paid to the Insurer, cancellation and refund shall be made on the basis of a written Application from the Policyholder in paper or electronic form,

- The paper application shall be signed by the Insured's handwritten signature and shall be accompanied by a copy of the Ukrainian passport and TIN of the Insured certified by the inscription ‘As per original’, full name, signature.

- The electronic application shall be signed by the Insured's qualified electronic signature (by applying the Insured's QES).

 

2. If the policy has been paid to the Insurer but needs to be reissued due to a mistake or change in the insurance terms and conditions, the policy must be cancelled and a new one issued. The Premium may be transferred to the new policy. The basis for re-issuance and transfer of the insurance payment is the Application from the Insured, it is allowed to send a scanned copy of the Application to [email protected] with further transfer of the original to the address: Kyiv, Spaska str. 5, office 15. 15, to the Accounting and Direct Sales Department.
