Cancellation of policies, renewal of policies and refund of premiums.
If the Policy has been paid to the Insurer, cancellation and refund shall be made on the basis of a written Application from the Policyholder in paper or electronic form,
- The paper application shall be signed by the Insured's handwritten signature and shall be accompanied by a copy of the Ukrainian passport and TIN of the Insured certified by the inscription ‘As per original’, full name, signature.
- The electronic application shall be signed by the Insured's qualified electronic signature (by applying the Insured's QES).
