If during your trip you suffer an accident resulted in health disorder (traumatic injury; accidental acute poisoning by poison plants, chemical substances (industrial or domestic), food products of bad quality, except for food poisoning (salmonellosis, dysentery), medicines; vernal encephalitis (encephalomyelitis) or poliomyelitis; rupture (injure) of organs or their deletion as the result of wrong medical manipulations, or death

If the accident resulted in:
temporary deterioration of health
primary disablement
death of your close relative
Within 30 calendar days after finishing your trip or end of medical treatment contact us for insurance payment according to the procedure described on page Insurance Compensation
