To receive an insurance payout, please fill out the standard claim form and attach copies and originals of the required documents.

!!! Dear customers, please note that to receive insurance compensation for trip cancellation, a medical certificate stating the diagnosis is REQUIRED (a PCR test is not sufficient) !!!

Please note that a decision on whether an incident constitutes an insured event can only be made once the Insurer has received a complete set of documents in paper (physical) form. In accordance with the terms of the public Offer, accounting and financial documents are accepted only in their original form.

Depending on the circumstances of the incident, the Insurer reserves the right to request additional documents to confirm the occurrence and circumstances of the insured event, as well as to determine the amount of the insurance payout.

The decision to make an insurance payment or to refuse payment shall be taken by the Insurer within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents submitted in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The insurance payment shall be made within 5 (five) banking days following the adoption of the relevant decision.
