In light of recent events in the Middle East, ETІ is introducing a special option—an insurance policy without a temporary deductible. This decision is aimed at providing the fastest and most reliable protection for our customers.
This offer is valid:
- for persons located in Middle Eastern countries where airspace is closed
- for persons located in other countries but whose return routes pass through countries where airspace is closed,
making it impossible to return to their place of permanent residence in a timely manner in accordance with previously purchased tickets.
This means that in the event of a forced delay abroad, you can extend your insurance by taking out a new policy online at: https://online.eurotravelins.com.ua/insurance/?_locale=uk
The new policy will take effect the next day without the application of a “temporary deductible” — coverage will be activated as quickly as possible.
However, cases that occurred during the term of the previous agreement or before the conclusion of the new agreement will not be covered.
Please note that in order for the policy to take effect without a temporary deductible in the event of an insured event, you must contact the assistance service or the insurer and present an unused travel document at the time of departure.
If you don't have any travel documents to prove this, the policy will work as normal, as set out in the offer, which means there will be a 3-day temporary deductible.
This offer is valid from March 2, 2026, to March 20, 2026. If the program is extended, we'll let you know.
We urge you to observe safety measures and follow the instructions of the tour operator and local authorities.
