In connection with the receipt of a large number of requests for the conclusion of insurance contracts for travelers outside Ukraine, we inform you of the following.
For persons who are on the territory of Ukraine on the date of execution of the insurance contract, the insurance period may coincide with the date of execution of the contract, and insurance protection will begin to operate subject to the provisions set forth in clause 7.3. insurance conditions.
For persons, on the date of execution of the insurance contract, are outside Ukraine, the period of insurance and, accordingly, insurance coverage should begin no earlier than 3 days from the date of execution of the insurance contract. If the beginning of the insurance period coincides with the date of execution of the insurance contract or will be the next day after the date of issue of the policy, then insurance coverage on full terms will begin to operate from 00:00 Kyiv time from the fourth day from the day indicated as the beginning of the insurance period, except for cases of provision of services, defined in clause 2.4. conditions of insurance in connection with the occurrence of an accident.
In any case, insurance contracts for travelers outside and on the territory of Ukraine are not concluded with citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Syria, , except for those legally residing on the territory of Ukraine, and insurance is not valid on the territory of these countries.
