Insurance Compensation

To receive insurance compensation please fill in the claim form on corresponding type of insurance and prepare copies and originals of necessary documents.

!!! Dear clients, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that in order to receive insurance compensation in case of trip cancellation, it is MANDATORY to have a medical certificate indicating the diagnosis (PCR test is not enough) !!!

Please pay attention that we can make insurance compensation only after we get all originals of the documents confirming your expenses.

If in the process of handling your claim additional questions arises we will contact you by the phone or e-mail specified in your claim.

Please note that insurance company has the right to require additional documents confirming the fact and circumstances of the insured event and the amount of loss or expenses.

Insurance payment is made in 30 working days from the date of receipt by the insurance company all the required documents (originals and copies according to the list).
