PJSC "European Tourist Insurance" announces a tender for the selection of an audit entity (hereinafter referred to as an audit firm) for the provision of mandatory audit services of the company's financial statements for a period of 1 year.
The purpose of the competition is to select an audit firm on a competitive basis to conduct a mandatory audit of the financial statements of European Tourist Insurance PJSC in accordance with international audit standards.
Audit firms that meet the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine "On the Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities", in particular, regarding subjects of audit activity when providing services for the mandatory audit of financial statements of enterprises, as well as the terms of the contest, can participate in the competition.
Terms and procedure of the competition
An audit firm must meet the following requirements:
• information about the audit firm is entered in the Register of auditors and subjects of audit activity, which have the right to conduct mandatory audits of financial statements of enterprises of public interest;
• sufficient level of qualification and experience of auditors and staff: there should be at least five auditors at the main place of work with a total number of full-time qualified employees involved in the performance of tasks of at least 10 people, of whom at least two people should confirm their qualifications or have valid certificates (diplomas) of professional organizations confirming a high level of knowledge of international financial reporting standards;
• for the previous annual reporting period, the amount of remuneration from each of the enterprises representing public interest, which were provided with mandatory audit of financial statements during this period, did not exceed 15% of the total amount of income from the provision of audit services, and there are no restrictions related to with the duration of providing services to this enterprise.
The task of the mandatory audit of financial statements includes:
• confirmation of the annual financial statements for the purpose of submission to the DKCPFR (issuer's reporting);
• confirmation of annual financial statements for the purpose of submission to the NBU (Auditor's report on confirmation of annual financial statements).
To participate in the competition, applicants submit the following documents:
• Basic information about the subject of audit activity (registration information, types of activities, officials, etc.);
• availability of licenses, certificates, certificates provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and their validity period;
• price offer regarding the amount of payment under the contract and calculation of the cost of services;
• A letter of assurance regarding the absence of restrictions on the provision of audit services by the subject of audit activity, which has the right to conduct a mandatory audit of the financial statements of enterprises of public interest, defined by Article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Audit of Financial Statements and Audit Activity";
• any other information that may be useful.
The start date of the competition is November 11, 2022.
The deadline for submitting documents is up to and including November 30, 2022.
