During the winter tourist season 2017/2018 (December - February) more than 115 thousand tourists went on a trip with ERV policies.
In this period, claims were received from 1803 insured persons (1.57%) for a total of UAH 21,650,000.
Among the claims, in 69 cases it was needed the inpatient treatment, it was organized three repatriations; in 13 cases the claims concerned the delay or loss of baggage and 37 insured events were related to the cancellation or interruption of travel. In all other cases, ERV compensated the outpatient care for the insured persons.
