In connection with the situation in Ukraine related to COVID-19 and the introduction of enhanced quarantine measures in Kyiv during the period from 05.04.2021 to 16.04.2021 inclusively, for your personal safety and the safety of the employees of PJSC “ETI”, we would like to inform you that from 05.04.2021 until the decision by the authorities to lift quarantine measures, the Company stops personal reception of citizens for the conclusion of insurance contracts and applying for insurance compensation at the office of the Company!
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that:
1. You can conclude insurance contracts on the Company's website www.eurotravelins.com.ua in the form of an electronic contract that fully complies with the norms of the Laws of Ukraine "On Insurance", "On Electronic Commerce" and is legally authorized.
2. Applications for receiving insurance payments with originals of documents defined by the insurance contract, you can send by mail to the address: 04071, Kyiv, PO Box 24.
3. In case of difficulties in concluding insurance contracts or if you have additional questions, you can contact us by e-mail info@eurotravelins.com.ua during the Company's regular working hours.
Also, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that PJSC “ETI” guarantees the fulfillment of its contractual obligations in full.
